365 Retail Markets is seeking a proactive DevOps Engineer to design, implement, and optimize cloud infrastructure across AWS and EKS. The role focuses on Linux administration, automation, and security, ensuring high availability and compliance for Java-based applications.

The engineer will build IaC with CloudFormation and Terraform, manage SSL certs, patching, and observability with New Relic and Grafana, while supporting CI/CD workflows and production on-call rotations.

Responsabilidades

• Design, implement, and manage scalable, secure, and highly available AWS infrastructure.
• Administer and support Linux-based systems in production and non-production environments.
• Deploy, manage, and troubleshoot EKS (Elastic Kubernetes Service) clusters.
• Handle SSL certificate management, including renewals, deployments, and troubleshooting across applications and environments.
• Manage patch management activities for Linux servers, cloud infrastructure, and related systems to ensure security, compliance, and stability.
• Develop and maintain automation scripts using Shell scripting and Python.
• Build, maintain, and manage infrastructure as code using CloudFormation and Terraform.
• Monitor and support Java-based applications, ensuring performance, availability, and reliability.
• Configure, maintain, and enhance observability solutions using New Relic and Grafana.
• Drive automation initiatives to improve deployment processes, reduce manual effort, and increase system reliability.
• Build, manage, and maintain infrastructure in compliance with PCI requirements and security best practices.
• Participate in on-call pager support rotation and respond to production incidents as required.
• Collaborate with development, QA, and infrastructure teams to streamline CI/CD and deployment workflows.
• Troubleshoot infrastructure, application, and environment issues, and perform root cause analysis for production incidents.
• Create and maintain documentation for infrastructure, operational procedures, and troubleshooting guides.

Summary

We are seeking a skilled and proactiveDevOps Engineerto join our team. • AWS Architect certification is a plus.
• Red Hat Certified System Administrator (RHCSA) certification is a plus.
