Description

Project Context: The candidate will help complete and operationalize a new end-to-end governance process for Salesforce deployments at Block Imaging, involving GitHub (as source of truth), Gearset (for metadata deployments), and multiple Salesforce environments (Consolidate, UAT, Stage, PROD). They will be responsible for enabling consistent, secure, and auditable promotion of changes using the defined branching and org promotion flow.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement and refine CI/CD pipelines that match Block Imaging's SF360 model.
• Configure and troubleshoot Gearset deployment pipelines between orgs.
• Define and enforce GitHub branching conventions (e.g., Vendor-UserID-ext-####) across contributors.
• Facilitate and support CAB approval workflows and assist with risk mitigation during deployment windows.
• Document the release process and train internal teams.
• Ensure metadata integrity across repositories and environments.

Skills & Qualifications

• Salesforce Platform Developer I (Required)
• Salesforce Platform Developer II (Preferred)
• Salesforce DevOps Center Accredited Professional (Preferred)
• Gearset Certification or demonstrable expertise (Preferred)
• GitHub Certified Administrator or similar DevOps/CI-CD credential (Bonus)
