Tata Consultancy Services Limited in McLean, VA is seeking an Engineer with deep DevOps and Cloud skills to join our Technology function. You will drive Jenkins pipelines, integrate with tools like Jira, ServiceNow, and Bitbucket, and manage Kubernetes on AWS EKS clusters.

You will troubleshoot production issues in Java applications, optimize deployment automation, and contribute to ITIL-based incident and change processes.

Qualifikationen

• Proven experience with CI/CD Jenkins pipelines.
• Hands-on with version control tools Bitbucket and Git.
• Experience with DevOps tools like Kubernetes, Rancher, Kiali.
• Strong AWS EKS, pods and Docker experience.
• Unix proficiency.
• Experience with HashiCorp Vault/McVault.
• Experience with Postman, PgAdmin, RapidSQL tools.
• ServiceNow and Jira administration.
• Define Kibana/ESS rules and alerts.
• Java scripting experience.
• Monitoring with Splunk, Dynatrace and Grafana.
• Production support and incident management for Java apps.
• Cucumber-based testing experience.
• Knowledge of AI tools.

• Strong knowledge in DEVOPS tools like Jenkins, Bitbucket, Jira, JFROG, ServiceNow installation, migrations, upgradations.

• Adapting new features like Bluegreen deployment, integrating Jenkins pipeline with other devops tools for scheduling deployments and infra tasks.
• Experience with ticketing tools like Jira and ServiceNow.
• Understanding ITIL foundations: incident, change, problems, capacity, configuration.
• Strong knowledge in Kibana/ESS.
• Strong troubleshooting skills.
• Strong knowledge in Kubernetes with EKS cluster, pods, containers, dockers, istio service mesh.
• Knowledge in Vaulting Hashicorp, McVault.
• Knowledge in Postman, Kiali/OCP/Rancher, PgAdmin/RapidSQL, git and basic DB knowledge.
• Knowledge in configuring and integrating control autosys jobs with pipelines.

• 6. Good knowledge in ITIL foundations like incident, change, problems, capacity and configuration
• 7. Strong knowledge in Kibana/ESS
• 8. Strong knowledge in troubleshooting skills
