Diverse Lynx LLC is seeking a DevOps Engineer to join our onsite team in McLean, VA. You will own the CI/CD pipelines, manage Kubernetes on AWS EKS, and integrate tools like Jenkins, Jira, ServiceNow, and Vault into production workloads.

You will also support monitoring with Kibana, Grafana, and Splunk, handle incidents, and contribute to automation testing with cucumber and other tools. The role emphasizes strong scripting, collaboration, and hands-on cloud experience.

Competenze

• Must have strong experience in CI/CD pipelines and Jenkins scripting.
• Hands-on with version control tools like Git/Bitbucket and Jira.
• Experience with DevOps tools: Kubernetes, Rancher, Kiali, and related infra tooling.
• Proficient in AWS EKS, pods, and Docker.
• Unix operating system experience.
• HashiCorp Vault/McVault experience.
• Familiar with Postman, PgAdmin, Rapid SQL tools.
• ServiceNow/Jira experience.
• Kibana/ESS setup and alerting.
• Java scripting/coding skills.
• Monitoring with Splunk, Grafana; production support and incident management.
• Testing with cucumber or similar tests.
• Exposure to AI tools.

Mansioni

• Create and manage Jenkins pipelines via scripting.
• Maintain and upgrade DEVOPS tooling: Jenkins, Bitbucket, Jira, JFrog, ServiceNow; perform migrations and upgrades.
• Manage Bitbucket operations and repository handling.
• Integrate new features like Blue/Green deployments within pipelines.
• Interact with ticketing tools (Jira, ServiceNow) for issue tracking.
• Apply ITIL foundations: incident, change, problems, capacity, configuration.
• Work with Kibana/ESS for monitoring and alerting.
• Troubleshoot complex issues across stacks.
• Manage Kubernetes with EKS: pods, containers, Istio service mesh.
• Vault hashing with HashiCorp/McVault.
• Utilize Postman, Kiali/OCP/Rancher, PgAdmin, SQL tools, Git; basic DB knowledge.
• Configure and integrate autosys jobs with pipelines.

Job Description:

Must Have Technical/Functional Skills

• 1. Good knowledge in CI/CD Jenkins pipeline
• 2. Good hands on experience in version control tool (bitbucket, Git)
• 3. Experience in devops tools like git, sourcetree, kiali, kibana, Kubernetes, ESS, Rancher
• 4. Good experience in AWS EKS cluster, pods, dockers
• 5. Good experience in Unix operating system
• 6. Experience in Hashicorp/McVault
• 7. Experience in using postman, pgadmin, rapid sql tools
• 8. Good experience in ServiceNow, Jira tools
• 9. Good Experience in setting up Kibana/ESS alters and rules
• 10. Good experience Java scripting/coding
• 11. Good knowledge in monitoring tools splunk, Dynatrace, Grafana
• 12. Good experience in prod supports, incidents management and troubleshoots skills in Java based applications
• 13. Good experience in testing using cucumber and other tools.
• 14. Knowledge in AI tools.

• 1. Strong Knowledge in Jenkins pipeline creation using scripts
• 2. Strong knowledge in DEVOPS tools like Jenkins, Bitbucket, Jira, JFROG, ServiceNow installation, migrations, upgradations
• 3. Strong knowledge in Bitbucket operations
• 4. Strong knowledge in adapting new features like Bluegreen deployment, integrating Jenkins pipeline with other devops tools for scheduling deployments and other utility features like creating DB, and other infra using utility pipeline.
• 5. Good knowledge in all ticketing tools like, Jira, Servicenow
• 6. Good knowledge in ITIL foundations like incident, change, problems, capacity and configuration
• 7. Strong knowledge in Kibana/ESS
• 8. Strong knowledge in troubleshooting skills
• 9. Strong knowledge in Kubernetes with EKS cluster, pods, containers, dockers, istio service mesh
• 10. Good knowledge in vaulting Hashicorp, Mcvault
• 11. Good knowledge in postman, kiali/ocp/rancher, pgadmin/rapidsql, git and database basic knowledge
• 12. Good knowledge in control/autosys jobs configure and integrate with pipelines
