Job Title: Software Development Engineer

Location: Remote

Contract: 12+ Months (Contract to hire)

Job Description:

• A Software Development Engineer specializing in Azure DevOps pipeline development designs, develops, tests, installs, and maintains DevOps systems, applications, networks, and telecom processes to meet business objectives.
• Assesses system, application, network, and telecom needs, provides modeling and simulation consulting, and evaluates new technologies.
• Ensures adherence to technology standards and consults with senior leadership on solutions.
• Supports existing systems and leads technical aspects of projects, including resource allocation and task delegation.

Skills:

• Minimum 5+ years recent hands-on Azure DevOps pipeline development experience.
• At least 5+ years full-time agile (preferably SAFe) methodology experience.
• Interacts with clients and involves some travel every few months.
• Useful skills include familiarity with Microsoft's Cloud Adoption Framework (CAF), experience with Terraform, writing Azure DevOps pipelines with YAML or Python, familiarity with Azure GovCloud regions, Federal ZeroTrust security architecture, and Azure platforms and resources.
