Sistema Technologies, Inc. is seeking a skilled DevOps/Platform Engineer to design and maintain CI/CD pipelines and automated deployment solutions for enterprise platforms.

You will work with OpenShift, Ansible, Jenkins, and GitHub, while supporting Linux and Windows environments and applying IaC practices. The ideal candidate brings deep DevOps, automation, middleware, and infrastructure troubleshooting experience and can collaborate across agile teams to improve deployment efficiency and

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science required.
• Hands-on experience with enterprise application platforms and CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong experience with Red Hat OpenShift and container orchestration.
• Experience with Ansible Automation Platform or similar automation tools.
• Experience building or supporting CI/CD environments using Jenkins and GitHub.
• Experience with IaC and automated deployments.
• Strong admin/troubleshooting experience in Linux and Windows Server.
• PowerShell scripting and automation experience.
• Experience with API gateways, REST/SOAP web services, JDBC, JMS, and middleware.
• Solid networking and cybersecurity knowledge.
• Experience with Dynatrace and SolarWinds for monitoring.

Responsabilidades

• Design, implement, maintain, and support CI/CD pipelines and automated deployment solutions.
• Support enterprise platforms and infrastructure using IaC, configuration management, container orchestration, and API management.
• Work with OpenShift, Ansible, Jenkins, and GitHub.
• Support and troubleshoot Windows Server and Linux environments.
• Monitor and optimize enterprise applications, SDLC environments, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Diagnose complex issues across application, middleware, infrastructure, networking, and performance domains.
• Support middleware/integration tech including API gateways, certificates, JDBC, JMS, SOAP, REST APIs/web services.
• Develop automation using PowerShell and related tools.
• Use Dynatrace and SolarWinds for monitoring and reliability.
• Participate in backlog grooming, daily scrums, architecture discussions, and requirements gathering.
• Triage and resolve production and non-production issues.
• Collaborate with development, QA, security, and business teams to mitigate technical risks.
• Drive continuous improvement in deployment, monitoring, troubleshooting, and operations.

What You’ll Do

• Design, implement, maintain, and support CI/CD pipelines and automated deployment solutions.
• Support enterprise application platforms and infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code (IaC), configuration management, container orchestration, and API management technologies.
• Work with Red Hat OpenShift, Ansible Automation Platform, Jenkins, and GitHub.
• Support and troubleshoot Windows Server and Linux environments.
• Monitor and optimize enterprise applications, integration services, SDLC environments, networked systems, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Diagnose complex application, middleware, infrastructure, networking, authentication, capacity, connectivity, and performance issues.
• Support middleware and integration technologies including API gateways, certificate services, JDBC, JMS, SOAP, and REST APIs/web services.
• Develop and maintain automation using PowerShell and related automation technologies.
• Use monitoring platforms such as Dynatrace and SolarWinds to support system availability, performance, and reliability.
• Participate in backlog grooming, daily scrums, architecture discussions, and requirements-gathering sessions.
• Triage and resolve issues across production and non-production environments.
• Partner with development, QA, security, infrastructure, and business teams to identify technical risks and recommend solutions.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives across deployment, monitoring, troubleshooting, and operational processes.

Required Skills & Experience

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science.
• Hands-on experience supporting enterprise application platforms and CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong experience with Red Hat OpenShift and container orchestration.
• Experience with Red Hat Ansible Automation Platform or similar configuration management/automation technologies.
• Experience building or supporting CI/CD environments using Jenkins and GitHub.
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and automated infrastructure/application deployments.
• Strong administration and troubleshooting experience with Linux and Windows Server.
• Experience with PowerShell scripting and automation.
• Experience supporting API gateways, REST/SOAP web services, JDBC, JMS, certificate services, and middleware/integration technologies.
• Strong understanding of networking technologies and cybersecurity principles.
• Experience troubleshooting performance, authentication, connectivity, capacity, and system integration issues in enterprise environments.
• Experience with enterprise monitoring and observability tools such as Dynatrace and SolarWinds.

Preferred / Emerging Technology Experience

Knowledge or experience with the following is highly valuable:

• AI agents and agent orchestration frameworks
• AI-assisted software development and engineering
• API management technologies
• Using AI-assisted engineering tools to improve incident analysis, troubleshooting, documentation, knowledge management, system optimization, and operational efficiency
