Job summary

You will collaborate with development, trading, and platform engineering teams, enforce security and compliance controls, implement observability with Splunk, Grafana, and Prometheus, and ensure high availability and disaster recovery for mission-critical

Qualifications

• 5+ years in DevOps/SRE roles (preferred).
• Experience with cloud deployment and automation.

• Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines to support rapid and secure deployment of trading, market data, and financial applications.
• Manage cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerized environments using Kubernetes, Docker, and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Ansible).
• Monitor and optimize the performance, availability, and scalability of low-latency systems supporting financial market operations.
• Automate infrastructure provisioning, configuration management, and operational processes to improve system reliability and efficiency.
• Collaborate closely with development, trading, and platform engineering teams to ensure seamless application delivery and production support.
• Implement security best practices, vulnerability management, and compliance controls in regulated financial environments.
• Support high-availability architectures, disaster recovery, and business continuity requirements for mission-critical trading platforms.
• Troubleshoot complex production incidents, perform root cause analysis, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Develop observability solutions using tools such as Splunk, ELK, Grafana, Prometheus, or Datadog to ensure proactive monitoring.
• Must have experience working with FinTech firms, capital markets, investment banking, electronic trading, market data, or other financial services environments.

Preferred Experience

5+ years in DevOps/SRE roles with exposure to front-office trading systems, exchange connectivity, low-latency platforms, and financial market infrastructure.
