Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior DevOps Engineer to strengthen our team supporting custom-developed enterprise and agency-specific solutions. The role will lead the migration from Azure DevOps to GitHub Enterprise, designing and implementing automated software delivery pipelines, workflows, and security controls. The ideal candidate has strong experience in CI/CD, infrastructure automation, cloud engineering, and enterprise DevOps administration, with the ability to collaborate across teams and drive reliable, secure, and efficient software delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the migration of existing DevOps infrastructure and processes from Azure DevOps to GitHub Enterprise.
• Design, implement, and maintain GitHub Actions, workflows, reusable pipelines, and standardized CI/CD processes.
• Establish security protocols, workflow controls, and best practices within GitHub Enterprise.
• Administer GitHub Enterprise and Azure DevOps environments, including configurations, integrations, and access management.
• Implement and maintain integrations with monitoring tools and SonarQube.
• Apply Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and automation practices to improve infrastructure management and deployment efficiency.
• Support containerization, application deployments, and cloud infrastructure operations.
• Perform Azure Cloud engineering tasks and support cloud-based DevOps solutions.
• Provide technical support, user training, and guidance to development and operations teams.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify dependencies, resolve technical challenges, and improve delivery processes.
• Promote Agile development methodologies, continuous improvement, and secure software delivery practices.
• Take ownership of technical decisions, adapt to changing priorities, and deliver solutions that provide business value.

Required Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of CI/CD principles and Agile development methodologies.
• Strong understanding of infrastructure components, dependencies, integrations, and interactions.
• Hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code and automation.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, adapt quickly, and take ownership of decisions.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a focus on delivering secure, reliable, and efficient solutions.
