Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field OR equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 3+ years of experience building and supporting CI/CD pipelines in an enterprise.
• Experience with languages such as C#, Ruby, Java, JavaScript/TypeScript, Python.
• Experience with IDEs like Visual Studio/VS Code.
• Proficiency with package managers (NuGet, npm, Gems, pip).
• Experience with infrastructure-as-code and configuration management (Terraform, ARM/Bicep, Ansible, DSC, Chef/Puppet).
• Experience with automated testing and AI delivery tools.
• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes/OpenShift; familiarity with PaaS services.
• Experience implementing monitoring/logging/alerting and incident response.
• Ability to lead small-to-medium initiatives and collaborate across teams.
• Experience with Azure DevOps and/or GitLab/GitHub on-prem.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines with quality gates and rollback strategies.
• Lead small-to-medium technical work streams and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Develop and maintain infrastructure-as-code and configuration management scripts.
• Implement observability, logging, and alerting; support incident response.
• Explore AI-enabled delivery capabilities to improve productivity and testing.
