Job summary

ClearEdge IT Solutions, LLC is seeking a DevOps Engineer to build, package, promote, and operate the infrastructure behind AI-enabled products. You will own CI/CD pipelines, containers, and hybrid/on-prem/cloud deployment paths, supporting Postgres, RAG, and vector stores.

The role focuses on automating deployments, enforcing security baselines, and optimizing observability in production environments. 2–5 years of DevOps experience and TS/SCI clearance are required.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI with Poly clearance; U.S. citizenship.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field (4 years of experience may substitute).
• 2–5 years of experience as a DevOps or Software Engineer.
• Fluency with AI-native IDEs.
• Strong version control habits.
• Hybrid (on-prem/cloud) and air-gapped environments experience.
• Experience with TypeScript/Python/React ecosystem.
• Proficiency with Infrastructure-as-Code tools such as Terraform, Ansible, and/or Packer.
• Experience deploying/scaling apps with Postgres, RAG, vector stores.
• Nice to have RMF/ATO experience and security accreditation familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain Infrastructure-as-Code solutions.
• Automate configuration management and deployment processes.
• Deploy and manage containerized applications within orchestration environments.
• Support secure system builds and hardened infrastructure baselines.
• Deploy and operate identity/RBAC, audit logging, encryption, and observability in production systems.
• Collaborate with system administrators, engineers, and security teams.
• Troubleshoot deployment, orchestration, and infrastructure issues.
• Support documentation and security accreditation activities.
• Support development efforts in Python or TypeScript as needed.
