Job summary

JFrog Ltd seeks a visionary, hands-on AI-driven DevOps Architect to join the Platform Engineering Architects group. You will provide technical leadership to design, build, and shape our next-generation cloud products for managing modern SaaS solutions.

The role requires deep cloud architecture expertise across AWS/Azure/GCP, experience with AI-driven cloud services, and leadership in large-scale distributed systems with Kubernetes and cloud-native solutions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with cloud architectures and DevOps/SRE.
• Strong leadership experience in Principal Engineer or Technical Lead roles.
• Experience with B2B systems and external APIs design.

Responsibilities

• Define architectural approaches and detailed engineering specifications.
• Develop architectural POCs and evaluate AI/security/scalability tech.
• Provide architectural oversight and guide Engineering teams to closure.

We are looking for a visionary, hands-on, AI-driven Architect to join the Platform Engineering Architects group at JFrog. This role involves providing technical leadership to help Engineering design, build, and shape our next-generation cloud products for managing modern SaaS solutions.

As a DevOpsArchitect at JFrog you will…

• Define architectural approaches and detailed technical engineering specifications.
• Develop architectural POCs, research technical innovations, and evaluate new technologies for AI solutions, Security, Scalability, etc.
• Provide architectural oversight and guidance to Engineering teams, negotiate trade-offs, and drive issues to closure.
• Work with Product Management to understand business requirements and trends.

To be a DevOpsArchitect at JFrog you need…

• 5+ years of hands-on experience and deep understanding of at least one major public cloud platform (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Experience with AI-driven cloud services and emerging AI platform capabilities is a strong advantage.
• 5+ years of experience with cloud architecture or DevOps/SRE and design process, working on large-scale, complex, and high-performance distributed systems focused on operational excellence with container orchestration (Kubernetes) and cloud native solutions.
• 5+ years of hands-on programming experience in languages such as Python, Go, etc.
• 2+ years of hands-on technical leadership in a Principal Engineer or Technical Lead role.
• 2+ years of hands-on experience in B2B systems and design of external APIs.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, strong sense of ownership, and track record of quality work.
• Ability to work both independently and as an equal peer when working with Engineering
