Job summary

TetraMem in San Jose seeks a hands-on Testing Engineer to conduct device testing using standard and custom setups and to analyze results to identify trends and failures. You will work with engineering teams to translate test findings into design improvements.

The role includes preparing detailed reports, developing reliability test procedures, maintaining lab equipment, and supporting ReRAM device characterization and reliability reporting.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Proficient in Python, C, and C# for test automation and data analysis.
  • Strong understanding of testing methodologies and reliability principles.
  • Basic understanding of ReRAM and MOSFET device operation
  • Experience of testing equipment (e.g., Oscilloscope, signal generator, multimeter).
  • Proficiency with data analysis tools.
  • Excellent problem solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and team work skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to changing priorities.

Salary Range: $100,000 - $250,000 / year
