Field-based Device Support Specialist supporting oncology patients using Tumor Treating Fields (TTFields) therapy. Objectives include patient education, ongoing coaching, technical support, and equipment maintenance to ensure therapy integration and adherence.

Responsibilities

• conduct patient visits at home or healthcare settings, troubleshoot technical issues, collect patient data, and provide virtual support;
• collaborate with Territory Managers and cross-functional teams to support patient needs;
• manage administrative tasks and maintain records.

Requirements

• Associate’s or bachelor’s degree with 1-3 years relevant experience;
• strong emotional intelligence, technical troubleshooting skills, proficiency in MS Office;
• valid driver’s license;
• ability to travel ~60% including overnight stays;
• physically capable of lifting up to 50 pounds.

Preferred

• experience with oncology patients or clinical roles, and familiarity with clinical or patient-facing environments;
• experience with Concur or SAP.
