Job description

Responsibilities

• Work to support the Mohawk Valley process flow and device integration.
• Work on complex problems and drive consensus and solutions in response to critical events.
• Build out process/device improvement plans and implement them.
• Monitor key device attributes (in‑line CD/thickness, PCM testing, and probe parametrics) to ensure process and device health.
• Use strong data analysis skills to drive root cause for parametric shifts or issues.
• Drive problem solving across multiple teams (process, flows, product).
• Respond to deviations in the production line and customer concerns and drive to root cause.
• Develop solutions to problems utilizing structured problem‑solving tools.
• Support disposition and decision making in a 24×7 operation.
• This role may require additional duties and/or assignments as designated by management.

Minimum Requirements

• BS in Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, or equivalent.
• Advanced degree preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years experience with a BS degree or 1 year experience with a Masters degree.
• Understanding of semiconductor processes and device physics.
• Experience in design of experiments, statistical analysis, and process control.
• Passion for data analysis.

Salary and Benefits

Compensation Range: $81,000.00 - $111,000.00
