Job summary

Dragos, a remote-first cybersecurity leader, seeks an experienced engineering leader to guide a team building device intelligence for scanning and fingerprinting network assets. You will set direction for reverse engineering investments and own standards for documentation and testing.

You will mentor engineers, own the technical strategy for device coverage, and drive automation and AI-assisted development. This role targets impact across on-prem and customer-managed environments.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of engineering management experience with Agile product teams.
• Strong technical background with Node.js, TypeScript, Go, Python, and Unix/Linux.
• Experience shipping software to customer-managed or on-prem infrastructure.
