You will balance technical scope, delivery timing, project economics, and execution risk while guiding cross-functional teams across engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, and quality.

Qualifications

• End-to-end ownership of complex hardware projects.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams across engineering, manufacturing, and supply chain.
• Strong financial skills: estimating, budgeting, forecasting.
• Ability to obtain a Secret clearance and travel up to 20%.
• Proven risk management in high-consequence environments.

Responsibilities

• Own hardware initiatives from planning through production.
• Develop execution plans translating commitments into milestones, resources, and recovery actions.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams without direct reporting authority.
• Manage project finances: estimates, baselines, budgets, forecasts.
• Identify challenges and deliver proactive solutions for long-term performance.
• Lead tradeoff decisions on cost, schedule, and priorities.
• Coordinate readiness to move hardware into repeatable production.
• Establish processes to monitor progress and improve delivery.
