Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Configure mobile devices, laptops, and desktops according to customer requirements.
• Install SIM cards, batteries, accessories, and other components for deployments.
• Provision devices, install software, enroll and configure for deployment.
• Conduct quality assurance testing to verify specifications.
• Apply asset tags and validate inventory information.
• Troubleshoot configuration issues and prep devices for shipment.
• Maintain productivity and quality while processing daily workloads.
• Support special projects and other configuration tasks as needed.
