Job summary

Lumibility in Meriden, CT is seeking an outstanding Developmental Therapy Associate to support family-centered early intervention services and promote positive outcomes for children and families. This is a full-time, 40-hour-per-week, non-exempt role with a pay range of $40,000–$49,000.

Under supervision, you will assess children and families, develop and review IFSP curricula, ensure compliance with federal and state laws, and coordinate services to help families achieve meaningful

  • Bachelor's degree in Child Development, Early Intervention or related field required.
  • Experience in children and family services with a focus on early intervention preferred.
  • Must have a valid United States driver’s license with an acceptable driving history.
  • Must have internet access, cell phone, and reliable transportation.

Pay Rate: Between $40,000-$49,000
