Job summary

Rise Inc. is seeking an Intervention Specialist to deliver direct, one-on-one intervention for children and adolescents with developmental disabilities in school, community, or center settings.

The role requires documenting progress, coordinating with the treatment team, and communicating with families and providers, with ongoing supervision and annual training requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human services field required.
• If degree is non-human services, 24 upper-division credits in human services required.
• Minimum 1,040 hours paid, supervised experience with individuals 0–21 with developmental disability.
• Complete 40-hour RBT ABA training or hold HI certification.
• Must pass background check and have reliable transportation.

Responsibilities
