Responsibilities

• Lead Day Habilitation Aides and support habilitative goals, ensuring individuals experience respect and safety.
• Provide skilled teaching, evaluate progress, and collaborate with teams and families.
• Maintain accurate documentation of all activities and outcomes.
• Focus on community integration, compliance, and human rights advocacy to shape independence and meaningful outcomes.
• Perform essential functions with or without accommodation, and provide reasonable accommodation when needed.
• Pass a background check, drug screening, and tuberculosis (TB) test.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (Associate Degree preferred).
• Minimum of 3 years experience working with developmentally disabled individuals in a habilitative or vocational setting.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to work collaboratively as an active member of multidisciplinary teams.

• Capable of carrying/lifting supplies as needed.
