Job summary

Joe DiMaggio Children’s Hospital, part of Memorial Healthcare System, is seeking a board-certified/board-eligible pediatrician with subspecialty training in developmental-behavioral pediatrics or pediatric neurodevelopmental disabilities to join our multidisciplinary team.

The role features a structured Monday–Friday schedule with no call responsibilities, including three days in the developmental clinic (ADHD/ASD), two days in the craniofacial clinic, and one clinic per month in Wellington.

Qualifications

• Board-certified/board-eligible in pediatrics.
• Subspecialty training in developmental-behavioral pediatrics or pediatric neurodevelopmental disabilities.
• Experience in multidisciplinary care for craniofacial and neurodevelopmental populations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the craniofacial team to develop and deliver patient-centered care plans.

Job description

Joe DiMaggio Children’s Hospital is seeking a board-certified/board-eligible pediatrician with subspecialty training in developmental-behavioral pediatrics or neurodevelopmental disabilities to join our multidisciplinary team.

This unique position includes a structured Monday–Friday schedule with no call responsibilities:

• Three (3) days per week in our developmental clinic, primarily evaluating and managing patients with ADHD and Autism Spectrum Disorder
• Two (2) days per week dedicated to our craniofacial clinic (including one day for preparation and one day for patient care)
• One clinic per month in Wellington
• Work hours: Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

The successful candidate will collaborate closely with our comprehensive craniofacial team, which includes experts in audiology, dentistry, neurosurgery, plastic surgery, social work, and speech-language pathology/feeding therapy. Together, these specialists develop and deliver individualized, patient-centered care plans for children with complex craniofacial conditions. We are seeking a seasoned physician who is board-certified/board-eligible in both general pediatrics and developmental-behavioral pediatrics or pediatric neurodevelopmental disabilities. Experience and interest in multidisciplinary care and working with neurodevelopmental and craniofacial patient populations are strongly preferred.

This is a full-time employed position with the multi-specialty Memorial Physician Group. The position offers competitive benefits and a compensation package that is commensurate with training and experience. This position is eligible for a sign-on bonus. Professional malpractice and medical liability are covered under sovereign immunity.
