Provident, Inc. seeks a BC/BE Developmental Behavioral Pediatrician to join a growing pediatric department committed to comprehensive care within a leading health network.

The role involves delivering specialized developmental pediatrics services, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, and contributing to growth, teaching, research, and quality initiatives across a broad pediatric service network including a Level III NICU.

Qualifications

• Board-certified or eligible in Pediatrics or Developmental Behavioral Pediatrics (DBP).
• Strong collaboration skills and ability to work in a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Deliver specialized developmental pediatrics services with coordinated staff support.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including pediatric behavioral health, neurology, PT/OT/ST, and other specialists.
• Participate in facilities with assessment rooms and specialty support to enhance patient care.
• Contribute to a broad pediatric service network including inpatient, neonatal, emergency, and Level III NICU care.
• Engage in teaching, research, and quality initiatives in a collaborative culture.

• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team that includes pediatric behavioral health, neurology, PT/OT/ST, and other specialists.
• Participating in a facility equipped with assessment rooms and robust specialty support to enhance patient care.
• Contributing to a broad pediatric service network with inpatient, neonatal, emergency, and specialty care, including a Level III NICU and expanding Pediatric Emergency Department.
• Engaging in opportunities for professional growth, teaching, research, and quality initiatives within a collaborative environment.

Qualifications & Skills
