Role description

As an Independent Assessor you will administer structured assessments to individuals. These assessments will be used to determine their eligibility for valuable home and community-based services which promote independence, wellbeing, and quality of life.

Work setting

• You will primarily work remotely from your home office
• You will periodically be required to travel throughout the region for in-person meetings
• Travel requirements vary and are estimated to range from 10% to 25%
• Travel will primarily be in Pocatello, Bannock County, and surrounding counties in Southeast Idaho

Pay and benefits

• $50,000 annual salary
