Job summary

ViaQuest seeks a Developmental Disabilities Behavioral Support Specialist in Parma, OH to deliver therapeutic behavioral services and support planning for clients. You will work with a licensed clinician to ensure individualized treatment plans and crisis prevention.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree or HS diploma with 3+ years experience.
• Related experience or training with mental or behavioral health conditions.
• Valid driver's license, car insurance and reliable transportation.
• Willingness to travel throughout assigned service area.

Responsibilities

• Provide Therapeutic Behavioral Services to clients with a licensed clinician guidance.
• Plan individualized supports and care coordination, including treatment plans.
• Offer linkage, interventions, options, and daily living skills restoration with crisis prevention.
• Deliver services to individuals or groups.
• Promote a positive, cooperative relationship with outside contacts.

$18.20-$20.90 per hour ( M-F with some flexibility)

Responsibilities may include:

• Provide Therapeutic Behavioral Services to clients by consulting with a licensed clinician to assist with the individual's needs.
• Provide service planning for individualized supports or care coordinator of healthcare, behavioral health, non-healthcare services and development of a treatment plan.
• Provide linkage, interventions, treatment options, restoration of daily life skills and crisis prevention services.
• Provide services to individual clients or groups of clients.
• Promote a positive and cooperative relationship with all outside contacts.

Requirements for this position include:

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Bachelor's or Master's level degree in a related field or a high school diploma or three or more years of relevant field experience.
• Related experience or training with mental or behavioral health conditions.
