Job summary

ViaQuest Psychiatric & Behavioral Solutions is seeking staff to deliver Therapeutic Behavioral Services across client populations. The role involves planning individualized supports, coordinating care, and providing crisis-prevention services with licensed clinician collaboration.

Beneficial candidates hold a related degree, are 18+, and have reliable transportation with a willingness to travel within the service area.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field or equivalent field experience.
• Must be 18 years or older with valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Willingness to travel throughout the assigned service area.

Responsibilities

• Provide Therapeutic Behavioral Services to clients by consulting with a licensed clinician.
• Develop service plans and coordinate healthcare, behavioral health, and related supports.
• Offer interventions, treatment options, and crisis-prevention services.
• Deliver services to individuals or groups of clients.
• Maintain constructive relationships with outside contacts.

$18.20-$20.90 per hour (M-F with some flexibility)

Responsibilities may include:

• Provide Therapeutic Behavioral Services to clients by consulting with a licensed clinician to assist with the individual's needs.
• Provide service planning for individualized supports or care coordinator of healthcare, behavioral health, non-healthcare services and development of a treatment plan.
• Provide linkage, interventions, treatment options, restoration of daily life skills and crisis prevention services.
• Provide services to individual clients or groups of clients.
• Promote a positive and cooperative relationship with all outside contacts.

Requirements for this position include:

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Bachelor's or Master's level degree in a related field or a high school diploma or three or more years of relevant field experience.
• Related experience or training with mental or behavioral health conditions.
• Valid driver's license, car insurance and reliable transportation.
• Willingness to travel throughout assigned service area.
