Job summary

ViaQuest Psychiatric & Behavioral Solutions in Parma, OH seeks a Developmental Disabilities Behavioral Support Specialist. Earn $18.20-$20.90 per hour, Monday–Friday with some flexibility, in a role supporting clients with developmental disabilities and trauma.

You will work with licensed clinicians to develop and implement treatment plans, provide behavioral services, and help daily life skills, with travel within the service area.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field or a high school diploma with 3+ years of relevant field experience.
• Related experience or training with mental or behavioral health conditions.
• Valid driver's license, car insurance and reliable transportation.
• Willingness to travel throughout assigned service area.

Responsibilities

• Provide Therapeutic Behavioral Services to clients by consulting with a licensed clinician to assist with the individual's needs.
• Provide service planning for individualized supports or care coordination of healthcare, behavioral health, non-healthcare services and development of a treatment plan.
• Provide linkage, interventions, treatment options, restoration of daily life skills and crisis prevention services.
• Provide services to individual clients or groups of clients.
• Promote a positive and cooperative relationship with all outside contacts.

Education
