Job summary

ViaQuest is seeking a Developmental Disabilities Behavioral Support Specialist in Columbus, OH. This role offers an hourly wage of $18.20–$20.90, typically Monday–Friday with flexibility, and involves supporting clients across developmental disabilities and trauma contexts.

You will work with a team of clinicians and specialists to plan care, implement treatment plans, and connect clients with needed services, with travel within the assigned area as required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field or a high school diploma with three or more years of relevant field experience.
• Related experience or training with mental or behavioral health conditions is preferred.
• Must have a valid driver’s license, car insurance, and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Provide Therapeutic Behavioral Services to clients by consulting with a licensed clinician to assist with the individual's needs.
• Provide service planning for individualized supports or care coordination of healthcare, behavioral health, non-healthcare services and development of a treatment plan.
• Provide linkage, interventions, treatment options, restoration of daily life skills and crisis prevention services.
• Provide services to individual clients or groups of clients.
• Promote a positive and cooperative relationship with all outside contacts.
