Job summary

Voices for Voices in Louisiana is seeking a Developmental & Behavioral Pediatrics physician to join an expanding outpatient program. You will lead a pediatric developmental medicine team within a comprehensive multidisciplinary setting, delivering care for ASD, developmental delays, ADHD, and learning disorders.

The role offers a strong community referral base, 36 patient-facing hours per week, no on-call, and a supportive practice environment with a PSLF-eligible nonprofit employer.

Qualifications

• MD/DO required.
• Board eligible or board certified in Developmental & Behavioral Pediatrics.
• Open to experienced physicians and new graduates.
• Visa sponsorship available.

Responsibilities

• Lead clinical team as the program expands in a 100% outpatient setting.
• Collaborate with speech pathology, OT, psychology, clinical social work and clinic staff.
• Provide care for ASD, developmental delay, ADHD, learning disorders and neurocognitive concerns.

Practice Overview

• You'll join a Pediatric Developmental Medicine team and serve as a key clinical leader as the program expands
• 100% outpatient practice supported by speech pathology, OT, psychology, clinical social work, and dedicated clinic staff
• Clinical focus includes ASD, developmental delay, complex ADHD, learning disorders, neurocognitive concerns, and medically complex children
• Strong built-in referral base with current new-patient autism evaluation lead times of several months

Schedule

• Monday-Thursday 8:00a-4:30p; Friday 8:00a-12:00p
• Approximately 36 patient-facing hours plus 4 hours of admin time weekly
• Typical volume around 20 patients per day, with room to tailor templates as you ramp up
• NO CALL
