Job summary

The Department of Pediatrics at the Boston University School of Medicine (BUSM) and Boston Medical Center is seeking a Developmental-Behavioral Pediatrician to join the faculty of our Division of Developmental-Behavioral Pediatrics.

The Pediatrician will work with an interdisciplinary team serving children from birth to 22 years with diverse developmental concerns, including autism, ADHD, learning disorders, and anxiety.

Qualifications

• Completed three year DBP Fellowship.
• Board certified/board eligible Developmental-Behavioral Pediatrics.
• MA Licensed or eligible. Fluency in Spanish is highly desirable but not required.

Responsibilities

• Diagnostic assessment in a clinical academic medical center setting as well as a satellite clinic.
• Perform cognitive, achievement, early development, adaptive, behavior and/or autism evaluations.
• Provide long-term care coordination for children and families as appropriate.
• Provide mentorship and supervision to interdisciplinary trainees including an MCHB supported ACGME certified DBP fellowship.
• Opportunities to engage and initiate in research projects as we are a DBPNet active site.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Division and Department.
