Job summary

Baystate Health in western Massachusetts is seeking a developmental-behavioral pediatric specialist to join a pediatric specialty outpatient center serving a multilingual population. The role combines clinical evaluations with collaboration across hospital divisions and schools, and includes teaching residents and medical students with a faculty appointment at UMMS Chan-Baystate.

The position offers a base salary between $195,000 and $242,500 (1.0 FTE, experience-based) plus annual incentive

Qualifications

• Board certification in Developmental-Behavioral Pediatrics or Neurodevelopmental Disabilities.
• Experience in pediatric developmental-behavioral care is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct interdisciplinary developmental-behavioral evaluations for young children.
• Collaborate with Baystate Children’s Hospital divisions, schools, and community resources.
• Teach residents and medical students; potential faculty appointment at UMMS Chan-Baystate.
• Engage in research opportunities and contribute to educational missions.
