Job description

We are seeking a passionate and dynamic individual for a full-time outpatient-focused Pediatrician role, with minimal inpatient responsibilities. Our division evaluates and treats children with a broad spectrum of developmental and behavioral concerns.

Role Responsibilities
  1. Provide expert clinical care in an outpatient setting.
  2. Participate in the education and mentorship of medical students, nurse practitioner students, and pediatric residents.
  3. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychologists, audiologists, occupational and physical therapists, speech therapists, social workers, and pediatricians, to support patients and families.
  4. Mentor junior faculty and providers to foster team development and clinical excellence.
  5. Engage in quality improvement initiatives and program development.
