Job summary

Austin History Center Association is seeking a Development and Volunteer Coordinator to join our nonprofit team in Austin, TX. The role focuses on increasing annual revenue, expanding volunteer capacity, and supporting the Austin History Center and the community.

Reporting to the Executive Director, the coordinator will manage donor pipelines, grow volunteer programs, and explore new revenue opportunities, including grants and corporate sponsorships.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of successful fundraising across the donor pipeline
• 1+ years of grant writing experience
• Exceptional written and verbal communication; able to speak to groups
• Ability to relate well to people from diverse backgrounds

Responsibilities

• Manage and execute day-to-day donor pipeline operations
• Coordinate and grow AHCA volunteer roles
• Maintain donor databases and reporting with data cleanliness
• Identify and pursue additional revenue opportunities through grants, sponsorships, and sales
