Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• 2+ years of relevant testing experience.
• Experience with vibration testing, accelerometers, and data acquisition.
• Understanding of structural dynamics/vibration and NVH testing is preferred.
• Ability to communicate test results and recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Develop, conduct, analyze, and manage engine structures and dynamics validation tests.
• Evaluate failure modes and provide guidance to drive improvements.
• Utilize data acquisition systems and analyze data with vibration and stress tools.
• Perform modal testing and coordinate prototype hardware procurement.
• Set up tests with instrumentation and gaging as needed.
• Lead planning, generate reports, and communicate conclusions to stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities to improve validation efficiency and new processes.
