Job summary

SpaceX is seeking a SpaceX production technician to fabricate and assemble electromechanical systems for Starlink and related production lines. You will work with a range of tools, read engineering drawings, and support development to high-volume production.

Responsibilities include following strict safety and workflow standards, part quality checks, and collaboration with engineering to improve tooling and processes. OSHA-compliant operations and 5S practices encouraged.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience with mechanical fabrication and assembly.
• Reading mechanical drawings and schematics is required.

Responsibilities

• Fabricate electromechanical production and test systems with tooling and equipment.
• Assemble components using mills, lathes, welding, brakes, presses, and CNC processes.
• Interpret drawings and build instructions to complete fabrication tasks.
• Maintain shop operations, safety, and inventory of consumables.
