Link Logistics Real Estate seeks a Development Summer Intern who is actively enrolled as a junior in a four-year program. You will assist the development team across lifecycle stages, contribute to site evaluation, due diligence, design coordination, and financial modeling.

Qualifications

• Current junior, undergraduate student actively enrolled at a four-year institution.
• Pursuing a degree in accounting, finance, real estate, economics, mathematics, business, civil engineering, construction management, or related field.
• Basic understanding of real estate investment, financing, market analysis, financial analysis, property valuation, development timelines, schedules, and cost estimation.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint; familiarity with project management tools or AI-enabled applications is a plus.
• Strong analytical, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• High attention to detail and comfort interacting with cross-functional teams and senior-level stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Assist Development Team with active projects in various stages of the development lifecycle: site evaluation, due diligence, design coordination, cost estimating, financial modeling, leasing assumptions, construction management, and closeout.
• Maintain project files, trackers, contracts, invoices, and other development records.
• Help establish, track, and monitor project budgets, schedules, and milestones.
• Maintain market lease assumptions and support updates as budgets and market conditions evolve.
• Support project documentation and cash flow projections, ensuring records are accurate.
• Assist with permit tracking, utility coordination, and stakeholder communications.
• Support the closeout process for completed developments and final documentation.
