Job summary

Stpatrickkc in Kansas City is looking for a Director of Development & Events to oversee fundraising and event operations for the Cathedral of the Immaculate Conception. You will develop comprehensive fundraising strategies and manage events like the Cathedral’s annual auction.

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree, at least three years of fundraising management experience, and a commitment to ethical standards and community engagement.

Qualifications

Minimum of three years of donor-relations, fundraising or development management experience.
Proven experience in establishing relationships with donors and team members.
Practicing Catholic with ethical standards consistent with Catholic teachings.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage the Cathedral’s annual auction.
Build relationships with parishioners, volunteers, and community partners.
