Responsibilities

  • Manage donor impact reporting for projects across the system and local programs.
  • Coordinate with internal partners to prepare and distribute donor-facing scholarship impact reports.
  • Maintain tracking and documentation of scholarship reporting obligations to ensure compliance and consistency.
  • Manage preparation and distribution of stewardship letters; maintain stewardship records.
  • Partner with gift processing and finance to confirm gift details and fund distributions; manage stewardship of named donor opportunities.
  • Ensure named donor opportunities are implemented and stewarded according to donor intent and guidelines.
  • Track recognition status and stewardship requirements for named opportunities; ensure donor acknowledgement.
  • Maintain accurate stewardship records and data integrity across teams.

The Development Stewardship Specialist role assists in the planning, development and implementation of programs and activities designed to generate philanthropic support. This position is responsible for managing scholarship impact reporting, stewardship correspondence, and named donor opportunities.

Essential Functions:
  • Manage impact reporting for projects across the system and additional local health community programs as they are incorporated.
  • Coordinate with internal partners to collect required content and prepare and distribute donor-facing scholarship impact reports that clearly communicate the impact of philanthropy.
  • Maintain tracking and documentation of scholarship reporting obligations to ensure ongoing compliance and consistency.
  • Manage the preparation and distribution of stewardship letters. Ensure all stewardship correspondence is accurate, donor-centered, and completed in a timely manner. Maintain stewardship letter records and documentation.
  • Partner with gift processing and finance to confirm gift details and fund distributions prior to communication with donors. Manage stewardship and fulfillment of non-principal gift named donor opportunities, including named scholarships, programs, or funds that fall below the principal gift threshold.
  • Ensure named donor opportunities are implemented and stewarded in accordance with donor intent and organizational guidelines.
  • Track recognition status and stewardship requirements associated with named opportunities to ensure appropriate and ongoing donor acknowledgement.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date stewardship records.
  • Support stewardship reporting and acknowledgment processes by ensuring data integrity, proper documentation, and coordination across teams.

The pay range for this position is $66,123.20to $89,481.60per year.

Compensation for part-time positions isdeterminedon a prorated basis consistent with the scheduled hours and applicable full-time equivalent (FTE).
