Job summary

OHSU Foundation is seeking a Development Specialist to support administrative operations, donor engagement, and project coordination within the Community Programs team. Hybrid work arrangement with on-site presence required about 3 days per week, occasional after-hours events, and local travel as needed.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in an administrative support function.
• Experience with project coordination and events is preferred.
• Experience with donor engagement or fundraising is a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support, calendar management, and scheduling for the Managing Sr. Director.
• Coordinate projects, events, and team initiatives for the Community Programs team.
• Prepare briefing materials for donors and prospects, and support donor reporting.
• Maintain donor and prospect data, respond to inquiries, and manage coordination with Foundation colleagues.
