Job summary

The OHSU Foundation seeks a Development Specialist for Community Programs to provide administrative support, coordinate projects, and engage donors. Hybrid work arrangement, with growth opportunities across our philanthropic initiatives.

The role focuses on briefing materials, donor meetings, and maintaining donor data while collaborating with donors, volunteers, faculty, and colleagues. Prior foundation/university experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in an administrative support function.
• Experience with project coordination.
• Foundation, healthcare, or university experience preferred.
• Experience working in Salesforce or another CRM preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support and calendar management for the Community Programs team.
• Coordinate projects, events, and team initiatives, and prepare briefing materials for donors.
• Support reporting for donor meetings and maintain donor and prospect data.
