Responsibilities

• Directs activities of the Development Services Department, planning and coordinating programs and services.
• Oversees budgeting, forecasting, expenditures, and financial adjustments.
• Leads staff, performance evaluations, and policy implementation.
• Represents the department to officials, developers, and the public.
