• AICP certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor the planning group, manage personnel, operations, policies, schedules and priorities.
• Review and produce staff reports and analyze development applications.
• Coordinate with public hearings and ensure accountability for cases.
• Provide planning recommendations to the County Planning and Zoning Commission and Board of County Commissioners.
• Develop and monitor department budgets and coordinate with partner agencies.
