Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience researching, analyzing, and evaluating development and zoning proposals.
• Familiarity with the DC Comprehensive Plan and Zoning Regulations.

Responsibilities

• Research, analyze, and evaluate development proposals to ensure conformance with the District Comprehensive Plan, Zoning Regulations, environmental standards, and applicable policies.
