Job summary

The role requires a bachelor’s degree and 3 years of professional planning or development management experience. Evening/weekend hours may be needed, with opportunities to lead multidisciplinary teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
• Three years' professional experience in planning, zoning, or development management.
• Additional experience may be substituted on a year-for-year basis for the required education.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate development projects through review and approval processes.
• Serve as liaison between developers, the County, and the public to address issues and meet deadlines.
• Lead project teams to ensure on-time completion and adherence to schedules.
• Represent the County at public meetings and facilitate community input sessions.
