Qualifications
Minimum of five years’ experience in land development engineering.

Valid Class 'C' non-commercial driver’s license and Maryland Professional Engineer’s license required.
Responsibilities
Supervises staff in the Division and manages project submittals.
Reviews and interprets plans and permits for compliance.
Serves as liaison for various permitting processes.
Aides in budget preparation and manages expenditures.
Represents the Division in public meetings.
