Housing Visions Unlimited Inc in Syracuse, NY is seeking a Development Project Manager to join our corporate office. The role is full-time, exempt, and offers a salary range of $65,000 to $70,000 annually. Typical hours are Monday–Thursday 8:00 am–5:30 pm and Friday 8:00 am–12:00 pm.

The Development Project Manager position is a Full Time benefit eligible position located at our corporate office, 1201 E. Fayette St. Syracuse, Monday - Thursday 8:00 am - 5:30pm, Friday 8:00am-12:00pm. This is an exempt position with pay range from is $65,000-$70,000/yr.

Development Team oversees every phase of new projects, from site selection, zoning and market studies to designs tailored for specific housing markets. We partner with NYS Homes and Community Renewal, Office of Temporary Disability Assistance, NYS Empire State Development, financial institutions, private equity firms/syndicators, and neighborhood organizations. Our portfolio spans multifamily, ADA accessible, senior, permanent supportive, and low-income housing, as well as scattered-site infill and commercial projects.
