Housing Visions Unlimited Inc. is seeking a Construction Project Manager in Syracuse, NY, to oversee multifamily development from site selection to completion. The role involves coordinating subcontractors, vendors, and staff to ensure safety, timeliness, and budget compliance, with travel to various construction sites from the corporate office at 1201 E.

Fayette St. The position is full-time, Monday–Friday, with hours typically 7:30 am–4:00 pm.

Responsibilities

• Oversees multifamily construction projects from site selection and budgeting through completion, managing subcontractors, vendors, and staff to deliver projects safely, on time, and within budget.
• Collaborates with owners and design/development teams throughout planning, estimating, bidding, and construction.

Salary Range: $85,000.00 To $115,000.00 Annually

This is a Full Time benefit eligible position, Monday – Friday, hours vary but are often 7:30 am - 4:00pm. Salary range is $85,000-$115,000/yr.

Successfully manages housing projects ranging from single-site to scattered-site developments, including historic preservation, adaptive reuse, and new construction.
