Job summary

Christian Recovery Centers Inc. in Kentucky seeks a Development Assistant to support nonprofit fundraising and program collaboration. You will handle administrative tasks, data entry, and CRM maintenance while engaging volunteers and church partners in Stanly County.

This role offers hands-on experience across outreach, events, and communications. As liaison between Program Services and the Development Team, you’ll help ensure timely follow-ups, accurate records, and coordinated efforts that

Qualifications

Experience supporting nonprofit development activities.
Familiarity with donor databases and events.
Strong administrative and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

Administrative &CRM support and data entry.
Maintain accurate records in Bloomerang for contacts and donors.
Document interactions and relationship activity in the CRM.
Input and maintain calendars, tours, and meetings.
Track follow-up opportunities and ensure touchpoints are not missed.
Maintain mailing lists, event information, donation records, and volunteer data.
Provide administrative support to Development Director and team.
Church & Community relationship follow-ups and visits.
Volunteer recruitment, scheduling, and on-site support for CRCI events.
Outreach & Communications support including donor letters, newsletters, and content creation.
