The ideal candidate requires 8-12 years of experience in manufacturing, preferably in a DoD or aerospace context, and a Bachelor's degree in a STEM field. The position is located in Reno, Nevada, with an expected salary range of $160,214 - $179,800 USD.

Qualifications

• U.S. Citizenship required; ability to obtain U.S. Security Clearance.
• 8 to 12 years of experience in Manufacturing or relevant discipline.
• Experience in DoD or aerospace environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily manufacturing and test operations for development programs.
• Support manufacturing readiness roadmaps aligned with program maturity.
• Supervise and develop production technicians through leadership.
