Competenze

• 4–6 years in operations, budgeting, or nonprofit administration.
• Strong financial acumen with budget tracking and reconciliation.
• Experience coordinating onboarding and professional development.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage priorities.
• Strong cross-team communication and stakeholder relations.
• Proficiency with CRM (Salesforce) and project management tools.
