Job summary

One More Child in Lakeland, FL seeks a Development and Marketing Coordinator to support fundraising, donor stewardship, and marketing operations. The role manages gift processing, donor records, reporting, and coordination with Marketing and Communications teams.

You will work closely with the Executive Director of Development, interact with donors and volunteers, and help plan events, prepare collateral, and manage budgets.

Qualifications

• Two years of college or university education and/or equivalent professional work experience.
• Experience in administrative, operations, development, marketing, or related roles (2+ years).
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace and CRM systems.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate gift processing and donor records, and assist with timely acknowledgments and reporting.
• Maintain donor information in databases and prepare reports for operations.
• Provide administrative support to the Executive Director of Development and Development team.
